“Magic training” is an ideal tool for developing aspects of team building such as leadership, team cohesion, group coordination, time management, etc.

How can it develop skills and reveal personal profiles?
Magic Silvestre works with Praxiologists in order to bring validity to the use of its workshop as a training instrument.

Who is it aimed at?
It´s ideal during a convention, an incentive programme or any specific activity. This workshop is designed for total beginners in the world of magic arts. In the short time which the activity lasts, the possibilities of achieving good results are spectacular.

What do we do?
Participants attend a short presentation to introduce them to the art of Magic. Different groups are formed, and each of them separately learns a different Magic trick. Then, each group nominates one member to perform for the workshop participants. All the participants are given their Magic trick and learn to perform it with the help of a professional Magician. Finally, the participants vote for the best “Magician”, and prizes are awarded.
